We work closely with local Building Control so each stage of the project is signed off accordingly. All our teams are professionally qualified to the necessary standards, including Gas Safe, NICEIC and TRUSTMARK.
All extensions are signed up to a JCT Contract. This contract is endorsed by Trading Standards and means that the price you agree at the start, is the price you pay upon completion.
We submit a detailed quotation and this forms part of the contract that we sign into. We will only ever quote for additional work as the project proceeds if we are requested to by our client.
We always agree a series of staged payments and include within the contract a payment schedule, allowing you to budget and make the best use of your funding.
All of our work is fully guaranteed. However, for extra reassurance, customers have the option of taking out an extended Warranty.
